And the winner is.....

The winners of the pumpkin carving contest are..... Chris, Stephanie, and Brenda! They carved the skull pumpkin! I think all the students did a great job carving!

Pumpkin Carving Contest

The Nutrition classes carved pumpkins this week in their lab groups. We had a contest to see which group could carve the best pumpkin and all the students voted on a winner.....

Pre K/Kindergarten

The pictures above are of the Parenting classes with either Pre K/Kindergarten. The classes go to the elementary once a week to help out in the classrooms. I think both the high school students and elementary students enjoy this!!

Decision Making

The Personal and Family Development class learned the 4 steps of the decision making process. They then created an XtraNormal movie to demonstrate the steps. Here is one of the videos. The other one would not upload for some reason!

Breakfast Burritos

The students learned how to make breakfast burritos. They cooked the sausage first, added the egg, then put cheese on the top. After that they rolled it up in a tortilla. They enjoyed them and so did I. Except for the fact that my classroom still smells like burritos! Below are pictures of the students cooking in the lab.
