Ziplock Omelets

Chris dressed up for spirit day! Go Hornets!

The Nutrition classes learned why breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the advantages of eating it. They learned to cook french toast, cinnamon toast, and ziplock omlets. Here are some pictures of the students making their ziplock omlets. Ziplock omlets are an easy way to cook an omlet. They are great to do when camping or if you don't feel like having to wash many dishes. You put two eggs in a ziplock baggie and shake. You then add anything that you would like to have in an omlet. The students added cheese, bell peppers, onions, or ham. You then place the baggie in boiling water for about 13 minutes.
